(Terrible textbook) but delivery was great! Paid a used price, but its in perfect condition and I received it sooner than I even expected.

"Seller service was excellent. He promptly replied to my emails. Initially I received different book than the one I ordered. On writing about it to seller he realized there was mixing of packing slip. He asked me to ship it back and also offered to refund shipping charges. Later, I had to cancel the order due to unfortunate circumstances, seller understood it and refunded me whole amount plus shipping charges. Working with this seller was a positive experience."
