Very disappointed with “acceptable”

Very disappointed. The book looks awesome and so fun! But every single page has been written on. Defeats the purpose of my daughter learning if all the answers are already written in. I thought “acceptable” meant some torn pages and binding wear. To me this is unacceptable and useless.
