Condition received is different than condition ordered. =(

I love the Mitford series! I give this book a five star for the Jan Karon's story. Unfortunately, my rating is four stars for poor service. I am a bit disappointed that I had ordered the book in "very good" condition, but in reality received a book in "good" condition. The cover is torn and crunched a bit. I will keep the book; however, I would appreciate better advertising, then you will receive a better rating.
