This book didn't get here in time to give as a gift, but I didn't want to cancel it. I love Thomas Kinkade and I was anxious to see the book. When I received it today, I couldn't wait to look inside. The pictures were gorgeous. The artwork speaks to me and the words are beautiful. I love the inside front page, where you can put who presented the book and to whom it was presented along with a date line. It's such a lovely little book that, as I have said in my other reviews....I couldn't bear to give it to anyone else. It now resides on my sunroom coffee table along with the others that were going to be gifts. I had been given a Thomas Kinkade book a few years ago and had loved it. I'm tickled to now have another to ad to my collection. The pictures are scenes of memories tucked away in the back of my mind, from childhood. They're Christmas memories and they speak to my heart. It's a great keepsake.
Brings you back to the real meaning and feeling of Christmas

The combination of his writings along with scripture quotes and his beautiful paintings is inspiring, comforting and a reminder of what Christmas is really about. A gentle, peaceful, heartfelt book in the midst of the commericialism we so easily get caught up with.
