A good heartwarming kids book.

This book has pictures and chapters. I always loved books like that as a kid. This book in particular is so heartwarming because it has, of course, a happy ending. I was a kid who didn't enjoy reading very much because I never knew what books I liked, plus the fact that I am a slow reader, but I remember rereading this book a LOT, especially late at night when I was supposed to be asleep.

This book inspired me....

I read this book when I was in 6th grade, and I fell in love with it! After reading this book, it made me want to write stories about my own dog and I. I am now a senior in college and I still remember this book! Great for 5th, 6th, and 7th graders!

Greatest story displaying loyalty of a dog

I have read this book, and wish to buy it. However, it is out of print, and i can no longer find it anymore. I loved this book. It sure is the greatest story about loyalty ever!!
