Absolutely everything is spelled out for you, there is no guesswork. You can say goodbye to calorie counting, pre-packaged...

I heard about the book on NPR's Talk of the Nation. I am usually a sceptic about these kinds of books, but it since it is based on the Surgeon General's approach I am going to give it a chance. It is very common sense in its approach and is filled with tips, shortcuts, and ideas to make weight loss easier to incorporate into my life. Nicely done and recommended.
