Very informative and concise

Good introduction to color therapy and the use of colors to add more creativity into life. ( sure "rainbow meals" help health. ) I disapprove the ideas that mix the medical values too much with emotional energies of the psych & spirits. It's important that the patients should be made to feel spirited players. Overall the information provided is interesting and concise.
