Everyone has to start somewhere

Many people feel a little squeamish or cheated when they start with the kids book on how to collect coins. Take heart, this book is for you. Barkley Krauss "Collecting Coins for Pleasure and Profit" is exactly what the title implies. It is a comprehensive guide and handbook for collectors and investors. Each section goes into depth yet does not require you to know any of the industry jargon. If you're just starting out this is a good place to start however if you already dived into collecting coins this book is a good description of the coins that you may already have. The only thing that is obviously missing is information on my collection of porcelain Notgeld.
