The 9th and 10th graders in creative writing class meet every week. In every class members take turns offering constructive criticism to two writers regarding their short fiction stories. This is known as a "writers' workshop". Stories are made available to peers one week before the student work is set to be workshopped. These authors have demonstrated talent in the craft of fiction writing. They've drawn from real life, established fictional work, and their own imaginations.
