As Tom Anderson grew up in the 1960s, he witnessed the social and political upheaval that defined the era. Despite coming from a middle-class background, Tom's upbringing instilled in him a strong sense of patriotism and conservative values. His father, also named Tom Anderson, was a decorated veteran of World War II, and he passed on his love for his country to his son.

In his late teens, Tom made the decision to volunteer for military service during the Vietnam War. Little did he know that his path would soon intersect with a clandestine group known as the Agency. The Agency was a secretive organization that operated outside the boundaries of conventional government institutions, undertaking covert missions to protect national security.

Tom's encounter with the Agency was a turning point in his life. Impressed by his dedication, skills, and unwavering loyalty to his country, the Agency recruited him for their operations. Tom underwent extensive training in various forms of combat, intelligence gathering, and covert operations. His natural abilities, combined with his strong moral compass, made him an ideal candidate for the Agency's missions.

Under the code name "Phantom Fury," Tom Anderson embarked on numerous dangerous assignments around in Vietnam. From infiltrating enemy lines to gathering critical intelligence, he became an invaluable asset to the Agency. His experiences in Vietnam shaped him into a highly skilled operative, but they also took a toll on his personal life.

While Tom's commitment to his country remained unwavering, his involvement with the Agency strained his relationships and kept him isolated from his loved ones. The secrecy and danger of his work made it difficult for him to maintain any semblance of a normal life. As the years went by, Tom became increasingly aware of the sacrifices he had made and the toll it had taken on him.

When Tom finally left the military to get on with his life he met a man that looked him up that said he too had fell prey to the Agency. They barged full steam. Ahead to take on the Agency to expose them for their unethical methods of creating Universal Soldiers to do their bidding. They would be successful only to have the Agency keep showing up in their lives...
