Coaching for beginners is ne of those books that i wish had been available years ago. If you're thinking of employing the services of a coach you don't need a book written for a coach. I look at the history of coaching and where it fits today. I give you some questions to think about, and a couple of scenarios to look at. THIS IS NOT, a big book, I look at the pro's and con's of coaching etc. DO YOU NEED A COACH? The answer is a simple NO. However, as every international athlete at the very top of their game, will tell you, they wouldn't be there without one.
