A Pleasurable Diamond--not for everyone--

for tough-minded thinkers in or out of psych practice who may have given up on wondering what the heck psych theorists are talking about. Amidst the vast store of printed psych material that passes for serious work over the last 100 years, this man's writings, and particularly gems in this set of his final papers, stand in shining relief. Read and re-read with pencil and paper. Pare down the field's pseudo-explanatory entities to an elegant, fruitful minimum. Enjoy the exquisite dry wit. Achieve a coherent understanding of what it means to wonder productively about why people do what they do, and maybe even how they can do better.
