incredibly complete overview of rehab care, 1-stop info!

I was impressed with completeness and yet compactness of info covered in this text! well written (esp for academics), with numerous references for further follow-up detail. Illustrations and diagrams are well chosen. It was great to see all my fav diseases covered with succinct rehab info about each. nice job!
