Love this book! It really made sense!

Well, I've been reading this book and following it for 2 months now. I haven't been a 100% about it, eating some carbs at night, and I cheat a few times. But I have been following the work out regimen and I have noticed a difference in how I feel and my energy level. It all really makes sense as when I was in High School, I ate all the time, worked out 6 times a week, and I felt great! And I was skinny then too. So I really recommend this book. I bought both this book and his other book, Lean Bodies: The Revolutionary New Approach to Losing Bodyfat by Increasing Calories and I liked this one better. There are more workout regimens and it has some recipes.

Very Effective!

My husband and I tried this program when the book was first published. After eight weeks of using the recommended diet and exercise routines my husband, who weighed 222 when he started, weighed in at 195 lbs. I was trying to gain muscle and actually reduced my body fat percentage by 4% while gaining 5 lbs. of muscle and dropping a dress size. The eight week program was all we needed to break us of our unhealthy eating habits and teach us to look at food as fuel for our bodies. It's not hard to make healthy diet choices if you see and feel the results. The recipes are easy to modify to taste and unless you spend absolutely no time in the kitchen, they aren't time consuming at all. Just follow Cliff's advice on preparing ahead. This is a great book for anyone who wants to be healthy and feel good, not just lose weight.
