This is a must-have companion book to the Lean Bodies program! I cannot recommend it highly enough. I found the recipes for entrees and side dishes to be the best. Some of the dessert recipes are a bit odd in the ingredients they require.

I read the book and started the plan 4 weeks ago. I exercise aerobically 4-6 times a week, do some light weight training three times a week. So far, I've lost 11 pounds, several inches, and almost two clothing sizes. I sleep wonderfully and have unbelievable energy. The cleanest I've eaten in 20 years.
