Sound Research with Practical Application

I've read this book several times, given copies to Elders and friends, and attempted to put the lessons learned from Ellas' research to practical use in a local congregation. The results have been as advertised. Our 50-year-old congregation has experienced meaningful growth, which appears to be a direct result of applying the recommendations of this book.
