Putting Peace and Joy in Your Classroom

Linsin articulates how to get your students on board so that learning can occur. Cooperative students get to spend more time actually learning and doing instead of wasting time goofing off. He offers suggestions for implementing rules, consequences, and restarting if your classroom is off track. Although targeted for teachers in “specials” who have students one period each week, his suggestions apply to any classroom, whether elementary or secondary.
