"Tombstone, Arizona. The smoky Western town had a rich history; it was here that Wyatt Earp had finally faced down the notorious Clanton gang. But now Jack Clanton was back! With his tough features shaded by his cowboy hat and the three-day stubble on his jaw, he could have passed for a gunslinger. And Mallory Earp was the woman who had to face him down. Her ancestors might have found the original Clantons dangerous, but she doubted that those old-time outlaws had anything on Jack. He didn't carry a gun. He'd never broken a law, but her reaction to him told her he was bad just the same......And his kisses could be just as lethal as bullets from a six-shooter!" Ah, but that is only part of the story! Mallory has moved herself and her sister, Sammi to Tombstone, Arizona because of their past ancestral history with the Earps. She really wanted to get her house renovated. It is adobe. And her introduction to Jack Clanton is hilarious. She also wants to find Lying Jude Bluestone's stash and she has George Early's journal to follow. Lying Jude's stash should be in the Chiricahua Mountains. The only trouble Mallory was afraid of was her sister Sammi falling for T.C., Jack's nephew. Mallory, herself, had problems steming from her first marriage to Charles Garrison. The marriage lasted 6 years before she left. Jack's and Mallory's feud [if you can call it that] hindered their relationship that turned a bit hot everytime Jack kissed her. Quite an enjoyable story for a short read. Very entertaining! Another gal with emotional problems - a frustrated guy with a strong ego. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED --
