A Great Book?Even the Second Time Around

When this book was published in 1985 in the Silhouette Inspirations line (as Winter Rose), it quickly became a favorite. It's re-release in the Love Inspired line shows the story holds up to the test of time.Abby and Gabe are characters the reader can relate to-they have problems, they work to solve them/get through them/get past them. The story isn't saccharine sweet as a lot of Christian romances are, but is entertaining, uplifting and inspirational.I can't recommend this book-or the author-enough. I just wonder what she's been doing for the past 14 years.
