It's Christmas in the university town of Blue Ball, Ohio and the holiday festivity plans are being completed. Georgie and Jen two nurses and long time friends finish their twelve hour night shift at Blue Ball University Hospital and head to Jerry's Diner for breakfast. When they get there and are seated they find out that someone has stolen the city's iconic blue ball. Before Christmas there will be murder and kidnapping in this town and as usual Georgie and Jen will be mixed up in the midst of it all.
