Great Historical Fiction novellas!

I loved the way Kathryn invites us into Russian history when palaces, position, power and empresses paraded opulence but the impoverished, serfs and pilgrims rise and throughout it all, truth prevails: Even though...I will...because You. Two well written historical novellas (in one) perfect for any time of the year, not just Christmas!
