Condition not as described

I ordered this title for my granddaughters because it was a favorite of their Daddy when he was growing up. Since it is out of print, I was thrilled to find a hardcover in "very good condition." This copy is a very much used library book! It is scuffed along the edges, dirty and discolored plastic jacket, and the identification stamps are crossed out when the library removed it from their collection. Nowhere in the description did the seller state that this was a former library book. Very disappointed!
