A must read. And give away to others

Never fully understood the Resurrection until I read this book It's a must read for every Christian

Helpful book for Christians

As a Messianic Jew, Rosen does a great job of explaining Passover to me, a non-Jew. It was explained in terms I could understand. From a Christian point of view, it was very helpful in helping me understand Passover and it's obvious link to the Savior.

Excellent full picture of communion

This is the best book I ever read on the Christian meaning of the Passover. The "Last Supper" was a Passover Seder and until this book I never knew the fullness of what Jesus was saying. What an eye opener!!!

Great at explaining God's purpose for the Jewish People

I found this book to be both informative and inspirational. In addition, it was an extremely easy read. It does a great job of explaining the history of the Jewish people from a theological perspective, as it relates to the important role that they play in God's plan of salvation for all of mankind. If you are Jewish, you difinitely want to buy this book. If you are a Gentile Christian, it gives you a great introduction to the Jewish roots of your faith. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Historical Introduction for Christians

Christianity started as a Jewish movement. Jesus and all 12 of his disciples were Jews. The central historic act of Christian worship, the Eucharist (or communion or Lord's Supper), was instituted during a Passover meal. Jesus, himself, tied his death to this meal. The New Testament ties Jesus' life, death, and resurrection to fulfillment of Hebrew Scriptures. As more and more Christians search for their historic roots, books of this nature will continue to grow in popularity. This book does an excellent job of describing what early Christians and the rest of Christianity has accepted, "That Jesus is the Lamb of God, slain for the sins of the world." This book will strike an emotional chord in any Christian who reads it. That being said, it is unlikely that most Jews will see the connections as strongly as Christians. This is a great book for Christians and possibly an interesting book for Jews. But Christians should not be surprized if Jews react with anger at one of their most important holy days being "hijacked" by another religion. How would Christians react if Muslims presumed to explain to them the true meaning of Christmas?

The Harmony of the Old and New Testament Revealed . . .

I found this book to be a facinating study on how Jesus of Nazareth fulfilled all of the prophesies of the Old Testament. After spending the high holidays with my Jewish family and reading this book, I saw the truth of Jesus as the awaited Messiah revealed in the tradition of the Passover. This is a must read for any Jew searching for the Truth.
