Emilio tried it when he stabbed Savage Nicole. Choppa Charlie's precious wife was in danger of losing her life and she did not want to go to a public hospital. Instead she wanted to go to her sister for healing. A sister Choppa Charlie never knew Savage had. Trusting his wife's decision, and sensing she would be ok, he left her there, returning to complete their mission. Upon his return he finds that Carlos has escaped and is on the loose.
