Missing

This is the second time I've tried to order this book set for my kids and it's been nothing but trouble. Last month I order a choose your own adventure book set based on the description and I received the wrong item. Do I decided to give it another go and this time the books were not in the package the item was missing completely. I'm completely dissatisfied unhappy camper.
