Best of its kind

This book was the best one I've read while researching retirement locations in Florida. It was really the only one I needed. I liked the enthusiasm of the authors. They didn't clutter the pages with generic real estate information. Like most boomers, I've already bought and sold a few houses and don't need advice on the basics. It included the information I wanted to know regarding housing costs in specific areas and where the bargains are to be found. Now I wish they would write a similar book about the other locations I'm considering, like California......
