Book Overview

A sparkling first novel by Natalie Krinsky, the witty, provocative sex columnist for the Yale Daily News. Chloe Carrington is a typical Yale student, except that along with toiling through the usual grind of coursework, she pens a notorious and much-dished-over sex column for the campus newspaper. Great Book

Why is everyone bashing this book? It presents the college experience just how it is...full of parties, beer, and sex. Parents, don't think your kids aren't doing these things at college...because they are. I found this book to be highly funny and I couldn't stop reading it. It's a great read for everyone.

funny and hopeful

ms. krinsky's take on college life had me laughing all the way through. a light, easy read, i found the novel's dialogue to be quick and snappy allowing it's characters to play well off one another. beginning at a party called "exotic erotic" and taking the reader through yale's big annual football game against harvard, each chapter was fun - ending with great, insightful and endlessly sarcastic columns. i had a great time reading this book and look forward to more work by ms. krinsky.

Great debut novel!

As a Sex and the City fan i was a bit skeptical of this book, but i have to say I loved it! I read the entire book in one sitting. Its witty, smart and made me miss college! I can't wait to read more of what Krinsky has to offer.

Holla

Krinsky's wit is as sharp as her ability to pick up on the details that define relationships. Her candor and sense of humor will disarm would-be critics's skepticisms with a quickness.

Awesome debut novel!

I loved this book; it was a fun and unpretentious read! The author wrote in a witty style with a lot of references that my generation would understand, and I raced through it. Her voice gives a good and entertaining depiction of college life that college-age and twenty something gals can relate to, and all of my friends are taking turns reading it and have bought their own copies.
