A fantastic entry into Chinese mythology.

The ten chapters inside this book are beautifully interwoven from one to the next, giving a surface and concise look into each myth. Starting from the creation myth Chinese Mythology introduces us to many of the chief myths of China, including the Monkey God, how human beings were made, and the story moon goddess, amongst others. This is definitely a beginner's and learning book as with each chapter there were a questions and answers section to cement what you just read, and expert commentary from scholars familiar with these stories. That was great as I knew little of Chinese mythology, this was the perfect book for me to start my learning and research with.
