Missing Parts 1 & 2 of DVD set.

I only received the Part 3 case of the last two DVDs of lectures 25-36. I am missing Parts 1 and 2, lectures 1-24, and presumably four DVDs. The item description did not state that the majority of this item was missing. This was a waste of my money and these Great Courses lectures are useless to me with the first 1-24 lectures missing. The company did at least promise me a refund of my money.
