Hope you never need this book, but if you do...

While I have never been in the position of losing a loved one under circumstances involving possible medical malpractice, I can't imagine a better resource for the person who has. Not only because all the information you need to know is presented here in a very concise yet easy to read style, this book doesn't gloss over the hard realities of what you may face should you decide to enter the legal arena.
