Charm: THe Career Girl's Guide to Business & personal success

This book is an amazing throw back to a different time when women were perceived as the assistants in life with very little room for advancement. And scarily for a modern audience, it happy talks about pigeon-holing women to that existence. If anything, it is hilarious for its nostalgia, but you really see when reading it, the amazingly long strides that women have made in the US. I read half the book with my jaw completely on the floor because of how casual the book was about putting women in their place so to speak. I am happy to relegate this to more or less a historical view of a man's perception of women in the 60's.
