Iris Johansen is one of my favorite authors

this book however is not up to her usual standards. the characters were rather stilted and you didn't feel the usual closeness as with her other books. after a while it seemed as if she was just trying to fill pages. how often do you have to be told "I will take care of you" or "I worry about Sasha" I certainly will keep reading her however
