This book made me laugh and cry...highly recommend.

I felt like I was soo close to Sharlie, her feelings and thoughts became real to me. I rooted for her, cried, and laughed. I can't wait to read another book by Sally Mandel.

Sally Mandel is an insightful, romantic, brilliant writer. Her characters are so life-like, I feel I know them personally... I cannot wait for another novel of hers to come out. If you want to read two beautiful books, read Change of Heart and Portrait of a Married Woman.

A very touching story; one that I will never forget!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book (Change of Heart) by Sally Mandel. I fell in love with Sharlie right away and grew to care about her. Her story clutched my heart and is one that is impossible to forget! I want MORE Sally Mandel novels! I am in search of her books!
