Ch'ang Ming is a progression of dietary and wellbeing proposals in view of the Taoist way of thinking. It was first acquainted with the West by Chan Kam Lee, a Taoist educator, and Chinese natural medication expert who came to London in 1930 from Shandong Province in China. He took the Taoist standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine and adjusted them to Western food varieties and dietary patterns.
