10% of the puzzles had already been filled in! Boooooo

I love George Bredehorn and Fred Piscop puzzles--thus the three books that I ordered this time. However, as for the Puzzles for word Fanatics, I was disappointed to find several pages had disconnected from the binding, and even worse, ten percent of the puzzles had already been solved. The answers were written in black ink, so I couldn't even erase them. I think this should have been noted by the seller, as I probably would have passed on this book.
