I really like this book. For one thing, a lot of the advice as to what to eat is consistent with the Dr. Perricone advice relating to good skin and weight management, so that makes me feel like there's some scientific basis. It is organized exceptionally well, doesn't promote a lot of expensive products, food, or spa therapies as only road to improvement. Addresses issue from multiple angles (diet, excercise, treatments, supplements), breaks things down into very easy to read charts, has lots of pictures, and is a great price. I picked up the british edition in an airport a few years back and I still refer to it from time to time. I am buying the new edition to check for updates on info. Highly recommended.
