Very helpful gluten, dairy and soy free guide for shopping

when I found out I couldn't have gluten, dairy or soy, it was a huge lifestyle change. This book helped me reduce down brand choices when I shopped for the most appropriate brand for my new diet. I know that manusfacturers change ingredients a lot so make sure to recheck labels but this book does help you begin somewhere especially if you are recently diagnosed with gluten, dairy or soy sensitivity. Includes some medications too.
