The most comprehensive and readable book on CDMA I've seen

As a pre-publishing reviewer of one chapter in this book, I can't claim to be 100% objective ... only 99%. However, as a teacher of seminars on CDMA, I'm often asked by students to recommend a book on CDMA that is readable. Most books on CDMA rapidly get to a depth that requires extensive mathematics and real dedication to stick with the book.
