I was fortunate to be one of a small group who had been given the opportunity to read Jim Fishs manuscript of Cattle To Coal. The wonderful story reflects the strong moral values held by members of a ranching family.Patriotism, loyalty, freedom, and courage, seems to be inherent in many of those in northeastern Wyoming. I foundthis to be a must read and a refreshing story that has obviously come from the proud pen of a native westerner and insightful author. It is a fun book! J. MORGAN THOMAS DRIGGS, IDAHO _ _ _ _ _ Jim Fish sounds, in his second novel, like a much younger man and one who has spent his entire adult life working on a cattle ranch. Cattle To Coal is an exciting, yet compassionate creation, of a 40-year time period that will draw envy and gratitude from every reader. BOBBY LEE JACKSON BUFFALO, WYOMING
