Small But Mighty!

This is one of a series of very fine cookbooks in the "Nitty Gritty" line. They may be familiar to owners of bread machines (I got one included in mine which is how I learned about these fine little books). CASSEROLES is a great addition and can usually produce a suprisingly good meal with suprisingly little work! The recipes are clear, straight-forward, and use things that are usually on hand. And when you get visitors, they will minimize the time in the kitchen while maximizing times with guests. As a result I have had to give away several copies to friends who keep asking "...how did you make that great chicken"? And the easy answer is see page 116!

This cookbook is perfect for any casserole lover! The recipes not only taste great, but they are easy to make! You'll have a hard time deciding which casserole to make first! I have over 300 cookbooks, and this one is definitely one of my favorites!
