A great resource

The object of this book is to collect, and present to the student, cases, materials, and problems designed to answer the important question, "What is the appropriate remedy?" What is being taught in a remedies course is the ability to request or choose the remedy which is most appropriate to the facts of the case. In the discussion of all of the cases and materials, therefore, the teacher, can stress the principles and policy considerations which underlie the choice of a rememdy. This book has sections on an introduction to remedies, equity, restitution, damages, and remedies in context.
