very interesting

was a book i had to buy for a class and was pretty expensive. with that said--its defintely one i will always keep and reference later. i wish my principal had a copy.

Finally, the case method applied to education

This is easily one of the most thought-provoking books on education that I've had the pleasure of reading. The first half is a general exploration of leadership in the school setting, but the second half is where the book truly shines--60 different case study activities that present real-world situations that appear in the course of the school day and challenge you to solve them. I learned a lot about my leadership style and what I needed to know to become a better leader by reading through them; I think it'd be an invaluable resource for anyone in the principalship. Highest recommendations!
