Kelsey Howe is a likable teenager, observant and thoughtful, but with her share of adolescent insecurities and frustrations. Together with her younger brother and grandfather, she boards a small plane at Seattle's bustling airport, headed for Montana's Rocky Mountain wilderness. The trip is a chance to get to know her grandfather better and spend some time in the cabin he had built in his youth.
