After a few days, Mary Lou's secretary came to her to tell her that she could not keep up the pace of her work and counseling everyone. That is when Mary Lou decided to write this book. Eventually, she presented the book to publishers who liked the content, but wanted something more- the story behind Career Courage. And here it is.
