Captive is the best book ever.

Captive by gary Paulsen is about 3 kids that are kidnapped by two guys that first kidnapped a whole class. But then the tire pops on the stolen bus and the kidnappers act like they were real bus drivers. Then a guy with a truck helps them but then Spoon and Ripper[ the kidnappers] shoot the guy. They took Woody, Mitch, and Roman [ the kids that get kidnapped] and take the man's truck I think that Gary Paulsen [ the author ] was trying to tell us that you should never give up. Because in the book the kids try to get help by writing[ on the bathroom wall at the gas station] the license plate number and where they think they are hiding. They always tried to escape. that's why I think that Gary Paulsen tried to say to never give up. I like this book because Gary makes it seem like you are the one that is getting kidnapped. I like this book also because it is actin packed with adventures. He keeps you exited because when you read a chapter you just want to keep on reading and see what happens next. That's why I think that this book is the best for me.

This book is adventures and very exciting

I think Captive is a very good book.It is fun, exciting, adventurious,and very thrilling. The Author,Gary Paulsen, Is very creative and i really like his style of writng. I encourage everyone who likes page turners to read this book. Captive is a very nice piece of Gary Paulsens collection. So please read this book. It is important to read well and this book fits all the catagories.
