Not only is this a fantastic memoir, but DG lays out some methods to help you with your own mental toughness. Wether it be physical, mental, and I’d say even emotional goals, DG explains some helpful tactics to hone your discipline toward achieving your goals. I also highly recommend the audiobook. You can’t help but feel inspired.
