I think this book is awesome. It addresses an issue that has not been carried out in the health care industry. The idea that emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients need to be met along with the treatment process is fantastic. As a cancer survivor, I do not feel my psychosocial needs were met. It was just let's get this person treated and to survive and our job is done. One last thing is that I only rated it four stars because the reading is very dry and set-up for professionals and not the average person.
