Well organized , nice and innovative writing

This book was simply interesing.I have recently immigrated to Canada and I bought this book to read it for my 5 year old daughter. It's full of interesing historical pictures and it's well-written so that the reader never gets tired. It was also very interesting that the writer tries to give the true facts only and no more. That's how a good history book should be. If only after each story, there was a fact box about the historical events, with more geographical information and possibly supportive numeric information( possibly maps ) then it could be a perfect book with 5 stars!
