Campbell’s Great American Cookbook is just that-Great
Published by Sunjae , 8 months ago
This is a terrific cookbook. It doesn't use soup-based shortcuts. Rather, it is a comprehensive cookbook of classic American dishes. It's easy to follow, with a great selection of recipes. There are chapters on breads, meat, vegetables and so on. It would be a great start for a beginner, but even experienced cooks will find it worthwhile. I've used their waffle and cake recipes for thirty years, never buying a mix. Honestly, never used one.
I’ve given the book to lots of newly weds. It’s easy to use and delicious.
