The Callaway Diet:successful Permanent Weight Control

After being and still am a very active person and living in Washington D.C. at the time before the book was compiled I had started to gain weight. After trying all of the options and stuck with the skipping I read about Dr. Callaway in the Washington Post. I HAD to see him I knew he could help me.He did, exactly like in the book as one of those people am I. I did the TV book review with him as a standing example. READ IT and learn. You'll never skip,stuff or starve as the theories are right on. I still follow them and still have the weight off. Do the personel inventory and have the answers to the how come I can't lose weight answered. Use the recipes, they actually taste good. You will not fall victim to all the diet pills,shakes and electronic machines and get your health on the right track. Its never to late to repair your "engine" You need patience as I did gain weight to get the metabolizm back to normal levels and then the weight came off because i believed. SO stick with it, Dr. CAllaway is great!
